PARTNERSHIP AND SALES TEAM

Introduction

The Partnerships and Sales Team is responsible for securing sponsorships, partnerships and managing corporate sales for Twenties Connect and other events that will be hosted locally or globally. This document outlines the specific roles and responsibilities of the Partnerships and Sales Team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sponsorship Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential sponsors.
  • Develop innovative sponsorship packages and proposals.
  • Document and record all benefits and deliverables promised to partners.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with partners and sponsors.
  • Manage relationships with partners, sponsors and ensure fulfillment of our commitment to them.

2. Exhibitor Management

  • Recruit and coordinate with exhibitors for the event.
  • Organize the exhibition area and ensure exhibitors' needs are met.

3. Ticket Sales

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize ticket sales to businesses and corporates specifically.
  • Manage ticket sales to businesses and corporate entities.

4. Post Event Activities

  • Track benefits promised to sponsors and partners effectively.
  • Partner with programs and branding to efficiently deliver on the post-summit benefits promised to sponsors and partners.
  • Conduct NPS rating on sponsors' and partners' experience of the event and management.
